How is my baklava shipped?
Every order is prepared in our kitchen in Gaziantep and ships within 2–3 business days. Most US orders arrive 2–5 business days after dispatch. Your baklava is carefully packed in insulated packaging, and you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. The exact shipping cost is shown before you pay.
How long does it stay fresh?
Baklava is naturally long-lasting because the syrup and ghee preserve it. Kept covered in a cool, dry place it stays fresh for days, and in the refrigerator it keeps for about 10–15 days. Syrup-rich pieces are best enjoyed in the first few days.
How should I store it?
Keep the box closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally at 64–68°F (18–20°C). To keep it longer, refrigerate it in an airtight container. Before serving, let it come to room temperature or warm it for a few minutes in a low oven (about 300°F / 150°C). Please don't microwave it.
Will I pay customs duties?
All duties and import fees for US orders are included. You won't pay anything at the door.
What if my order arrives damaged?
