To preserve the distinctive taste, texture, and freshness of Koçak Baklava at its best, we recommend storing our products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally at a room temperature of 18–20°C (64–68°F).
Especially during summer, our products can be refrigerated and kept fresh for approximately 10–15 days when proper room-temperature storage conditions cannot be maintained.
If refrigerated, we recommend gently warming the baklava before serving. This helps restore its signature crisp texture, rich aroma, and authentic flavor.
At Koçak Baklava, we remain committed to our traditional production methods that have been carefully preserved over the years. Every product is freshly prepared with care so that you can enjoy it at its freshest and most delicious.
Every order is prepared in our kitchen in Gaziantep and ships within 2–3 business days. Most US orders arrive 2–5 business days after dispatch. Your baklava is carefully packed in insulated packaging, and you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. The exact shipping cost is shown before you pay.
Baklava is naturally long-lasting because the syrup and ghee preserve it. Kept covered in a cool, dry place it stays fresh for days, and in the refrigerator it keeps for about 10–15 days. Dry baklava varieties keep the longest; syrup-rich pieces are best enjoyed in the first few days.
Keep the box closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally at 64–68°F (18–20°C). To keep it longer, refrigerate it in an airtight container. Before serving, let it come to room temperature or warm it for a few minutes in a low oven (about 300°F / 150°C). This brings back the crisp layers and the butter aroma. Please don't microwave it.

This is some truly delicious baklava! Easily some of the best I have ever had. My wife and I ordered it on 3/9 and it delivered on 3/11. We had to contact their customer service because of some issue with UPS customs, but they were so helpful. We will order again soon.

Received the order all dameged up as shown in the attachment below , emaild kacak over 5 different email, received one reply saying i would get $70 off the next order .. asked them to send me the same order again without the gaziantep pistachio rolls because they weren’t damaged as much it still can be salvaged but the 2 trays of kocak baklava 1000g

That is awesome baklava!!! I like pistachios instead of walnuts and Gaziantep pistachios are the best! It wasn’t overly sweet like many baklavas. I am definitely ordering this again.
It delivered in 10 days it was all stale and mashed up into a one piece and koçak baklava doesn't even respond my emails about return or replacement.

Ii absolutely loved tge traditional flavor of it - it could be because of shipping or maybe im just not a connoisseur of bak lava. I think it’s overpriced based on what I received.
