Every order is prepared in our kitchen in Gaziantep and ships within 2–3 business days. Most US orders arrive 2–5 business days after dispatch. Baklava is naturally long-lasting because the syrup and ghee preserve it. Kept covered in a cool, dry place it stays fresh for days, and in the refrigerator it keeps for about 10–15 days. Dry baklava varieties keep the longest; syrup-rich pieces are best enjoyed in the first few days.

Keep the box closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally at 64–68°F (18–20°C). To keep it longer, refrigerate it in an airtight container. Before serving, let it come to room temperature or warm it for a few minutes in a low oven (about 300°F / 150°C). This brings back the crisp layers and the butter aroma. Please don't microwave it.
